Kirti Gavri

Managing Director & COO

Kirti Gavri is a strategy and M&A executive with nearly two decades of experience across technology and technology-enabled services. She has completed more than 20 transactions representing approximately $3.7 billion in aggregate value and has held leadership positions at Thrive, Milestone Technologies, Wizeline and HCLTech.

Her transaction experience includes HCLTech’s $1.8 billion acquisition of select IBM software products, strategic IP partnerships with IBM, and acquisitions including Starschema and Kony (carve-out from Temenos). Across public company and private equity-backed environments, Kirti has built and led corporate development functions and worked with leadership teams on M&A and strategic growth initiatives.

As Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Kirti works alongside David on the firm’s strategy, growth and operations. Drawing on her experience as a corporate M&A executive and buyer, she brings an operator’s perspective to advising clients on M&A and strategic transactions.
